Dealing with sensitive material and vulnerable clients we have agreements in place to ensure the safety and well being of our passengers.
All drivers been fully trained by Active Response, have passed an enhanced CRB check and accepted by the council. Our staff have training in areas of child protection, basic first aid, health and safety and working with a vulnerable cliental. Along with customer service training.
Active Response drivers always assist anyone who needs or requests help boarding and alighting from the vehicle. We assist our customers into the vehicle and to their door.
All our drivers pride themselves upon their appearance and are uniformed during journeys. Our drivers always look smart and have been issued with an ID badge displaying their name and photo.
All our drivers have been fully trained and have knowledge, of how to use baby seats, boosters, seat belts and wheelchair restraints. We have all equipment available upon request.
